Feedback Loop Error in Zoom due to SmartAudio 3 Application
The attached .pdf document details instructions on how to deal with the Feedback Loop Detected error dialog that sometimes pops up during Zoom meetings.
This document is specific to Lenovo computer systems that have the SmartAudio 3 application installed. If the application cannot be located by following the directions in the document, then there may be another issue causing the error and this troubleshooting will not apply.
Users do not need administrator privileges to perform this task, but in the event that you are not sure if you are uninstalling the correct application, or your steps need to deviate from the document, it is advisable to call Contact North support at 1-888-850-4628, or email support at support@contactnorth.ca
