Adobe Connect Preparing Room - Sound, but no Room Displayed - Fix

Question:

Adobe Connect prepares the room, loads sound after preparing room, but no room is displayed; screen remains at "preparing room"

reboot computer has same affect (preparing room, sound but no room)

starting in app has same affect (preparing room, sound but no room)

closing app and selecting continue in browser has same affect (preparing room, sound but no room)

teamviewering in to verify vpn client is off (SOLGEN client)

attempted to launch from edge into app has same affect (preparing room, sound but no room)

attempted to launch from edge browser stopped at preparing room and locks

attempted to launch from Internet Explorer into app - WORKED
